Got an upgrade to an SUV which was very welcome.

We drove 800 kilometers in total, and many mountain roads in Turkey made the car struggle a bit!

Overall service was good. Some staff didn't speak English well, but they quickly found a colleague who did.

The car pickup process was not smooth and took 20 minutes of communication. The drop-off process was smooth and completed within 5 minutes.

We picked up the car at 2 AM, and the rental staff kept pushing us to upgrade the car and buy insurance, despite us already purchasing it through Zuzuche. They even tried to upsell us to a BMW. It was a bit much. Returning the car was convenient; it took only five minutes.

At the airport counter, they recommended an upgrade, saying the car was newer and fuel costs would be lower. We saw the price difference wasn't significant, so we went for it. The car was in great condition, driving experience was smooth, and it was comfortable to ride in. The staff at the counter explained the key points to note, but picking up the car from the parking lot felt a bit rushed.

Quick and smooth process

Car swapping is quite common in Turkey. Didn't like driving a Renault and wanted a Hyundai, but still ended up with a Renault. As expected, the gear shift logic was terrible.
