Very professional. Since I completed the check-in in advance, the car pickup process was very quick.

A brand-new car with only three thousand miles, hybrid car that's fuel-efficient, spacious, and comfortable to drive.

Pick-up location was under staffed so I had to wait quite a while.

Arrived at the store early in the morning and was greeted by a friendly white lady. Mentioned I purchased full insurance, she checked the policy and said everything was fine. The process was quick and I didn't encounter any aggressive upselling. The parking garage is newly built, with spaces marked by letters and numbers, making it easy to navigate.

The overall service was very satisfactory, though there was a minor issue. The car pickup was at the rental building near ORD MMF. An AVIS staff member wearing red glasses assisted me, but the charged amount was higher than what I initially booked, and I wasn’t informed about it. I double-checked the amount later and found the discrepancy. Fortunately, I raised the issue immediately, and they corrected it. However, you should be careful, as the difference was about $300, which is quite significant.
