Great experience, helped explain how to use the safety seat

Average. When picking up the car, the staff mentioned that besides the car we originally booked, there was a BMW 5 Series Touring available at the same price. We asked if it could fit five suitcases, and the staff said the BMW was more suitable. However, when we went to pick up the car, we found the luggage couldn't fit. We returned to the store for help, but another staff member said it was impossible for him to assist us. When we requested a car swap, he claimed it was already the largest model available and refused to exchange it. His attitude was unfriendly. Eventually, we managed to fit all the suitcases ourselves. There were hidden charges since the so-called deposit has not yet been refunded. It's unclear if, as stated in the booking, no extra fees were supposed to be charged at the store.

When picking up the car, it took an extra two hours due to rental deposit policies. The requirement for two credit cards was not communicated in advance, causing a two-hour delay. When returning the car at the airport, the rental start time remained as the original reservation time, which was two hours earlier than the actual pickup time, resulting in additional overtime charges.

Even though I bought full insurance, they still tried to upsell roadside assistance at the pickup point.

The car was brand new, service was excellent, and the rental process was simple.
