The whole process was really quick. I asked them specifically for Ford Explorer because I wanted to check that car and they had one available so overall great experience I only had the rental for less than 24 hours.
Since it was already evening when I arrived, there was no one at the store. I quickly submitted the documents and authorized the deposit with my card. It was done in 10 minutes. Then, as instructed, I went to the parking lot with the receipt to pick up the car. The vehicle was relatively new, from 2023, and had only run for a little over 8,000 km when I got it.
Quite satisfied. There was no waiting in line when I arrived, and the service was great. They even gave me tips on how to save on airport parking fees.
