Everything was great!

The efficiency of pick-up and drop-off services was good. While I understand the rule for replacement within the same car category, being forced to accept a downgrade without a price reduction is unreasonable and shows a lack of contractual awareness.

The car was new and in great condition. Both pickup and drop-off went smoothly. They briefly explained the insurance, and there was no pressure to buy it. Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff at the pickup location was very enthusiastic. Late at night, they helped us handle the issue with the demagnetized credit card information entry. It was a very pleasant car rental experience.

Very good, probably because it wasn't a holiday. There was no queue and the process went smoothly. Bought insurance in the store at a relatively low price, and the vehicle was upgraded to a Toyota CH-R hybrid. Easy to drive and fuel-efficient. No need to clean the car when returning it (it was fairly clean). Really like Hertz!
