The Hertz store is spacious and easy to locate, situated in the most convenient locations. The service process is efficient, and the customer service is very good. This time, they even provided a free upgrade to a Volvo XC60 model.

The condition of the car was excellent, and there were no traffic issues during the entire trip.

The experience was excellent. The car pickup process was very smooth, and they even upgraded me to an ID.7 for free. The experience was exceptional—the car was well-equipped and brand new. It's located right inside Tromsø Airport, very easy to find.

Notified the staff about the insurance already purchased, as indicated on the QEEQ rental confirmation. No additional charges were applied, 3000 Krone was frozen on the credit card and it was released the day after the car was returned.

It was not possible to rent a gasoline car for one-way rental, and I had to switch to an electric car at the last minute. Initially, the counter staff gave us a small car, but after checking the car, we realized it couldn’t fit three large pieces of luggage. We returned to the counter to negotiate for a larger car.
