The worst car rental experience ever. The service was terrible. I'm already back in my country, and my card is still being charged for unknown reasons. I returned the car with a full tank of gas.

Average. No Chinese service, poor vehicle condition, and a tire burst occurred on the day of rental.

Driving from Sydney to Melbourne went smoothly, although the scenery along the way was not very rich. The Great Ocean Road was pretty amazing!

Overall satisfied

Alpha was great - I called a few times prior to rental with enquiries and they responded promptly. I asked about additional drivers and they told me $10/day per driver. When we went to pick up, we were told that actually we had one free additional driver. The car was OK - a Renault that was a little gutless on the hills.

Pretty easy The price didn’t drop, but it was super cheap to start with, so we were still happy

Rental fee was $1200, but cleaning fee was $1250. It's worth considering.
