Like: I liked the ease of booking, rates offered and the fact that I was able to reserve my car without depositing anything. Dislike: I booked a 7 seater however in the car provider system's it was reserved as a 5 seater.
Very satisfied, the staff were very nice and explained everything in detail during the pickup. When returning the car, there was some minor scratch damage. We proactively informed the rental company, and after confirmation, they did not deduct the deposit. The car was new and easy to drive!
Pretty good. Although the car rental company gave me a car that wasn't the exact model I reserved, it was the same class. The car was very new, with only 193 kilometers on it, so it was practically brand new.
