It's a small company without an office at the airport. They were supposed to pick me up at the arrival hall, but I waited for an hour. The car had many small scratches, and during the inspection, they said it was fine but did not document it. The most unacceptable part was that they charged over 500 RMB on my credit card without any explanation. Up until now, there's been no clarification. Zuzuche is helping me investigate this matter. I hope Zuzuche can be effective and not just good at collecting money!

Overall, this self-driving trip in Turkey was joyful and pleasant. The car we got from the rental company was a nearly new Renault with automatic transmission, and it was easy to handle. The company's service attitude was also good. The only regret was that our original request for a car delivery service was not fulfilled (it seems other rental companies do offer this service). Additionally, the pickup address provided by the company did not match the actual pickup location, which caused some trouble when picking up the car. We had to spend quite some time finding the place.

The service was excellent. The staff greeted me at the entrance with a sign displaying my name.
