Very satisfied. The only downside is that the Audi provided to two petite Asian women only has parking sensors and no rearview camera. The car is too long, making it impossible to see the ground ahead or behind while reversing or navigating narrow, sloped parking garages.

They promoted windshield and tire insurance. The Audi A3 was replaced with an upgraded Golf model. The car was in great condition, only 1000 km on a new car.

The Düsseldorf Airport location is right inside the airport, and the pick-up point is not far. The staff recommended upgrading to a Skoda Superb automatic for an additional 10 euros per day. The vehicle was in great condition. Since I had full insurance, the return process was very efficient and the staff completed the inspection in 2 minutes.
