Like: The service and helpfulness of all the staff at the local counter at San Javier Airport, Spain
Dislike: The error made by Europcar HQ, Madrid of taking the car payment(s) out of the wrong card account. Rang them and emailed them to no avail. In the end it was the very helpful staff at the local office at San Javier Airport office that sorted the situation for us. Cannot praise them enough.

In Seville, this store is located inside the train station. It would be helpful if they directly stated it's inside the train station. The staff were very friendly, overall very satisfied.

The woman at the Europcar stop was absolutely wonderful! She helped me to choose a car that would best fit my needs and made the renting experience very easy. She went above and beyond and gave me some great travel recommendations. Also, I loved the car she connected me with (I had initially chosen a different car). I would 100% recommend!!
