The rental process was straightforward; I thought it would be complicated, but it turned out to be simple—just go, complete a quick procedure, pay, and pick up the car. During pickup, they gave a brief explanation of the car's condition, which was fine, but as a first-time renter, a more detailed introduction would have been helpful. However, I figured things out on my own later.
