Terrible. Was told it would cost €185 but charged €395. Seeking refund or taking legal action.

Great service attitude, car in good condition and very new.

They didn't provide any German cars. When I asked why I couldn't get a BMW or Audi, the staff said it was because I was going to the Czech Republic, where security is relatively poor. But before asking about my travel plans, I already saw he had prepared the keys for a Ford. This means they never intended to lend out German cars in the first place! I wasn't very satisfied with this. However, the Ford Mondeo I used was quite good. It had a lot of space and was very comfortable, which is definitely better than Mercedes or BMW in the same class.

I was completely dissatisfied with thirfty at Munich airport. Both the counter attendant and the manager I asked to speak to were disrespectful, poor and told lies. They attempted to make it my problem, when clearly they were trying to rip me off.

They forgot to fill in Ad Blue, so I had to buy it on the gas station and now I need to go through the refunding process

Like: Easy pick up and drop off, friendly English speaking staff and a good value service.
