Pretty good, quite convenient, but Hertz often doesn't provide the specific car you booked. They just give you whatever is available, and the staff checks the system upon your arrival to confirm.

It was too slow, the service efficiency is way too low. After a late-night flight, I was already exhausted, and there weren’t many people at the car rental office, yet I had to wait for over an hour! Do Americans enjoy being so inefficient? Observing one group of customers takes about 30 minutes—I have no idea what they were doing!

Rented a Toyota but got a Hyundai.

予約して行ったのに、レンタカーの場所に行ったら受付で手続きしてくれと言われ、かなりの荷物と小さな子供を抱えてわざわざフロントへ移動。 フロントはスタッフが2人しかいなく、かなり長蛇の列が出来ていた。レンタカーのために30分ほど待つといういきなりのロスタイム。予約の意味無い。 順番が回ってきたと思ったら保険どうするかと聞かれて、最低限のに入ってるので結構だと言っても伝わらない。 この保証が付いてないわよなどと言ってるんだろうけど、言葉の壁がある以上、何故それをインターネットで選択出来るようにしないのか？ 時間の無駄。予約したものは95ドルなのに最終的に230ドルになると言われ意味わからないし、高すぎる。 結構だと強く言ってどうにか120ドルになった。 貴重な時間を奪われ、言葉の壁がストレス。 このやり方ではレンタカーを利用したいと思えない。スムーズにするべき。予約から受取までのシステム自体に問題あると思う。チャイルドシートなんて最初からセッティングしていて欲しい。
