Dissapointed.

Not bad overall. The car had a lot of scratches, so be sure to take photos for evidence, or better yet, record a video of the entire car! When returning the car, if you didn’t purchase full insurance directly from Avis, they will inspect the car very carefully. If the staff points out damage and you don't have evidence, it can easily lead to disputes.

The front desk staff was very humorous. I did a one-way rental and the return process was very simple. Overall, the service was really pleasant. It was my first trip abroad and I felt very happy.

Overall it was a very good experience. I was disappointed that we were not provided a vehicle similar to an Audi A3 though despite that our booking said Audi A3 or similar. However, the Fiat worked out well for us. The pick-up and drop offs were quite easy and didn't take long.
