Simple and very pleasant staff

The gentleman who assisted us spoke very good English. He verified some basic information and asked about insurance. We mentioned we already had full coverage, and he didn't try to upsell us. A €300 pre-authorization was made on our card, which he said was a deposit and would be refunded later.

The car pickup point is right outside the train station with clear signs, making it very convenient. After registering, you walk 200 meters to the garage, get the car and leave by swiping a card. The return is at the same location; instead of using a card, you enter a code provided earlier and the car is inspected on the spot. What I was unhappy about was the car model change. Despite speaking both French and English, what could I do if they didn't have the car I booked? They gave me a brand new Mercedes for extra money, which nullified the advantages of booking through QEEQ. I might as well have booked directly on a foreign website. I can't say if it was intentional or not.
