I had the worest experianve ever I would never recommend to anyone Very disappointed

The service attitude of this company is good. They respond to confirmation emails about documents very quickly and clearly, unlike another company that is vague and bureaucratic. The company might be smaller with fewer staff, so you may have to wait a long time for both picking up and returning the car. The vehicle inspection is very thorough, even the smallest scratches on the wheel hub are recorded. So, if others rent from this company, it's best to get full insurance; otherwise, you might easily get charged. I booked an economy automatic car, but ended up with a luxurious Mercedes B180. Apparently, this is common in the UK because there are few economy automatic cars, so upgrades are frequent. The drive was smooth, and even though I didn't refill the fuel, they just charged me the difference at a rate of 1.2, which is reasonable since outside fuel prices are usually between 1.3-1.4 (the car runs on diesel). However, they don't offer a free shuttle from the airport to the pickup location. The single trip fare of 4.5 pounds is expensive and inconvenient. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The service is very enthusiastic.

The car we were given did have a several marks on it which had been registered already. Also it flashed up on the screen that the car was due a service and oil change!

I thought the process of taking and returning the car is longer than what I expected. I rented car before in other company and it was much faster. But so far everything is alright. The car is clean and it works well.

I have given feedback to Green motion, to tell them that their minibus driver was exemplary and a credit to their organisation.
