Very quick and painless

Pretty good, fast, and simple, but the car wasn't cleaned and had leftover popcorn from the previous user.

Getting a downgrade was a bit uncomfortable, but everything else was fine. The insurance I bought, which was one level higher than the basic one, had a 500 excess fee that was quite useful.

The pick-up time was supposed to be 8 AM, but we were only informed at 9:30 AM that the car was ready. When we went to the garage, the staff couldn't find our car! This caused us to miss our scheduled steam train ride and waste the tickets! The tank was at 5/8 when we picked up the car, and we were told it's better to return it full. If it's less than 5/8, we would be charged $3 per unit, and if more, we would get a refund. We made sure to fill it up before returning it, and the staff told us we could leave without any paperwork. Unfortunately, after getting back home, they claimed we returned it with only 5/8 tank! It's not a lot of money, but the entire process was frustrating and disappointing!

Thrifty staff were very friendly and efficient in processing my rental. Car was nice and clean and met my expectations.

Booking platform was nice and easy to use. Easy Cars were very good and friendly. They kept you informed all the way with the occasional reminder eg. about purchasing insurance. I had the comfort that they had the price protector though it didn't work for me. Free cancellation and price protector were very important for me and Easy Cars provided that. Easy Cars just lives up to it's name of Easy Car Rental!! Highly recommended and I will definitely be using them again
