Quick pickup, clear signage within the premises

When I booked, they said all customers could receive a Suburban. However, at pickup, the customer service said there were none left and gave me a GMC Yukon XL. In the parking lot, I noticed a ready-to-go Suburban parked diagonally opposite. I used my US driver's license and phone customer service for online pickup. So initially, the upselling services weren't too excessive. Still, not getting the car I wanted felt like a rip-off.

The staff was very friendly, but the wait time was long due to the number of people.

The store inexplicably charged an extra 50 USD after I signed some forms. I reserved a Toyota, but they told me none were available and gave me a Nissan instead. Their attitude was so-so. There was no staff to assist with car pickup, and there were no clear signs. I had to find the car myself in a large parking structure. Hertz's service is really lacking.

At the drop-off location, sign was not clear whether print-out receipt availabe or receipt in an E-mail only.
