Really good car, v easy drop off

The car exceed my expectation and the counter was good.

I booked the car easily and they gave me all the support.

The rental and return processes were quite smooth. The car provided was okay. However, when I arrived, I found out that the car I booked (BMW) was not available and I was given a cheaper one instead.

Received a small E10 Mercedes-Benz, the car was in excellent condition.

The AVIS desk at Orly Airport was quite frustrating. The lady at the front desk didn’t want to handle my request and told me to go to the pick-up point to find someone else to assist me. However, the young black man at the pick-up point provided excellent service. I guess the staff attitudes are inconsistent. Compared to my experience in Nice, this was fairly standard, probably because I chose a lower category car. Anyway, I requested a hybrid Toyota Auris, which was quite nice and highly recommended for city use.

Since I had my insurance with QEEQ AVIS informed me that in case of accident I will be charged with the cost of repairs and reimbursed by the insurance I had Fortunately, no accidents and this saved me from a lengthy hassle
