Queeq was great. Wouldn’t recommend target rent Italy to anyone.

The store said QEEQ did not specify an automatic transmission, which wasted a lot of time. In other locations where we picked up automatic cars, the exterior had many scratches and there were no other options, just this one car!

Due to some problem between your system and their system they did not accept booking. I had feel at the begining they do not to rent me car with original conditions

Your support during solving my problem was excellent. Not only via app but include direct calling to me and discussion with rental company. Now I believe in solving my different between your app and desk rate

Everything was good except the point of collection and drop off. Would be very happy to use this company again.

The vehicle was in very poor condition, and after picking the car up I was shocked to realise it had done over 205,000 km which in my view is way beyond the useful life of an average car, let alone one a company is renting out (for a 9 day price that would probably go towards buying 50% of the car). The vehicle was so worn it lacked power in lower gears to the point it felt unsafe, and we were concerned there was a very high risk the vehicle could breakdown. We therefore used the vehicle a lot less than we had hoped to on our holiday. Overall this experience has left me thinking I would be highly unlikely to use this company in the future, or recommend it to anyone else.

We were not pleased with the service if Target Rent. We did not get a VW Golf as we had reserved but a Susuki(it does not matter as such but the boot volume was much smaller which made it more difficult with a stroller).Our plane was over an hour late which brought us to Target Rent one minute before closing time at 10pm.They were informed about this.Still charged us with an additional 61 euros because by the time of processing it was past 10pm.When we returned the car,we thought it was in excellent condition (we had filled it up,washed it)-however Target Rent would have liked us to vaccuum clean it inside.But because we had filled up more gasoline than requiered they did not charge us. We were really disappointed!
