Professional and attentive, smooth communication

The service is rather pushy on insurance coverage despite that i have already bought the comprehensive insurance from EASYrentcars. This should be avoided by looking at the agreement and booking details. Unfortunately, she was just too eager to sell. I was also given a similar car (Isuzu - diesel) instead of my preferred toyota Rav4 (petrol). This is a small issue but i will appreciate if she will to inform me that diesel is not easily available in the city pump stations. I had a hard times searching for 1 petrol station that offers diesel. This is quite annoying. Luckily, i plan to return 1 hour early but in the end, i managed to return it before 5pm as per agreed time.

My flight got cancelled (first leg of two) meaning I was delayed arriving at my destination, and so I contacted Europcar to inform of the delay. Unfortunately Europcar didn't inform the local operator at Tamworth, but fortunately he was at my flight for another customer anyway. No harm done. And he kindly gave me an upgrade to a larger vehicle. Also allowed me town rather than airport drop-off for no charge, which suited me better since I was leaving by train, not air. All the vehicles there were impacted by a large hailstorm several weeks before, but the vehicle worked just fine.

Platform was fine. The incentive for me to use Easyrentcars rather than direct to Europcar was to get better price insurance through the master AXA policy.

I trusted Europcar that they should have checked the condition of the car such as sketches. Luckily I took a video and found out there are many sketches which were not recorded. Moreover, the vehicle was not fully top up with petrol and I wonder why ?
