Got a Chery car, spacious and great experience.

Processing at the airport counter was a bit slow. The staff did not proactively inspect the car when handing it over, but the return process was quicker.

Counter was right within our hotel - the Pullman - can't get more convenient than that! Counter service was slightly slow but still reasonable.

Got a great deal on this rental and the included insurance was fantastic (didn't need to use it)

We received an upgrade on the car we rented from the great counter staff. Head office staff were less easy to deal with. The car had been smoked in though. What we saved on the daily rent rate, we spent on insurance which was expensive at $35 a day, and the airport pick up incurred a number of unexpected charges that added to over $100.

Easy rent cars seemed fine.

Like: It was a hire car while my car was getting fixed.
Dislike: It was a hire car while my car was getting fixed. The first car I hired you couldn't fill it up so that wasn't good and the second car was perfect.
