El auto fue fácil de conducir y no tuvimos ningún problema

Deceptive practices, renting out a sedan as an SUV, pretending not to understand English! No service and awful attitude! Will never rent from this company again! Unauthorized charges! No guidance on how to pick up or exchange the car, had to figure it all out on my own, even asked other rental companies about how to operate the car. Most frustrating rental experience! They told me to go to another branch to exchange the car, which was a complete scam! Went to Florence to change the car, wasted time and fuel, and there were no cars available! Everything seemed fine upon return, but the moment I arrived back home, I got a message about a charge! Where can I even complain about this? First time encountering such a predatory charge!

After over an hour wait to get to the desk, we found out they didn’t have the car we had paid for or an equivalent. The fiat 500 wasn’t quite the Mercedes we were expecting. Worst car hire experience ever.

Quick affordable service. Online help desk was good.

Dislike: I asked for a small size but was given mid size because they did not have any left. Parking was slightly more difficult.

Like: An easy place to pick up from, helpful staff, no hassle.
Dislike: The car wasn't the convertible I'd wanted, but it was fine.
