Tricky practices—if you're not careful, you'll be forced into buying insurance. Rental fee is over 200, but insurance costs more than 500. No display signs, no clear explanations, just a vague mention that you'll receive an email. By the time I saw the email, it was already too late. After renting cars over a dozen times, I didn't expect to stumble on this issue in Australia. The car itself was in good condition, very new with just a few thousand kilometers.

The airport staff were not very nice. Previously, when I rented from another company, we checked for scratches on the car together. This time, however, they said it's our responsibility to inspect the car ourselves. Later, the tire blew out, and when I called for assistance, they were very impatient. Both of these employees were not local Caucasians.
