The service was very poor. They intentionally required the car to be as clean at return as it was at pickup, and demanded a cleaning fee. I will never use this lousy rental company again.

When I arrived, there weren't many people, so there was no line. However, I couldn't find the shuttle bus and had to walk after asking someone for directions. They told me my reserved car wasn't available and tried to upsell me another model, which cost more.
