The service and attitude were excellent, but the refueling aspect was not satisfactory. The car was half full when we picked it up. The staff suggested that we pay over 100 Euros so we wouldn't have to return the car with a full tank. They also claimed that fueling up through them would be cheaper than outside. We agreed, but it turned out refueling outside wasn't that expensive. We spent less than 40 Euros to fill half the tank. We felt deceived in this regard.

The process felt very efficient, and there were no unexpected charges. Excellent.

The rental company was pretty good, picking up and returning the car was very convenient.

The service was excellent and picking up the car was easy. However, the address given as Frankfurt Airport TERMINAL 1+2 was a bit vague and misleading. It actually means both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are possible locations. The first time I picked up the car, I assumed it was Terminal 2. As a result, I went to Terminal 2, which is quite far from Terminal 1 and required taking a shuttle train, which was very inconvenient. The other two times I picked up and returned the car at Terminal 1, which was very convenient. I recommend picking up the car at Terminal 1, handling the paperwork at parking garage 218 connected to the airport departure hall, taking the elevator down to 107 to get the car, which is in P5 parking garage.

The counter staff could not be more helpful, fantastic service and very happy with all aspects of this hire compared with previous companies I've used. thanks!
