The Turkish staff member's attitude was a bit off-putting, but everything else was satisfactory. I booked a Golf and got a free upgrade to a brand new Audi A3 with navigation. Extremely happy with that. Oh, the free GPS didn't have a signal. I was going to give full marks but deducted one point for this.

I payed more than I thought. Also the counter in enterpreise told me the hole price with booking and insurance is 127 Euro, but I was surprised that I payed 118 Euro just for booking and 127 for insurance. As I called the enterprise to ask about that, who answered me was not friendly at all. And I did not get a ford, I got another type of care.
