It's okay. No upselling, but the queue to get the car was a bit long. They initially offered us a Tesla, but we didn’t take it.

They didn’t have the car that I had requested. So I was given a bigger car which was good. Drawback was that the bigger car didn’t have Apple Car play that I used for navigation. But no complaints.

Easy process

Car type reservation was not available, thus the company was forced to honor with an upgrade. Personnel at counter was not quite amiable probably caused by a reservation not done directly thru the company website, they can not find the reservation nor understood where was the reservation at the printed papers showing it, after a while, they finally noticed it.

The queue to collect the car was over an hour and a half which I consider completely unreasonable. At one point there were 4 members of staff talking amongst themselves rather than serving the very long queue of people, who were extremely tired after a long trip. When I did get to the desk, the employee then attempted to sell various insurances, claiming we didn’t have any protection when the paperwork clearly stated we did. Obviously, we did not take the insurance, but he told lies about the amount of cover we had, trying to take advantage of our lack of knowledge of the country and our fatigue. I loved the car, it was exactly what we needed, but the service at Budget on pick up was terrible. On return it was easy and friendly.

Very easy to use. Good prices, would definitely use again.
