The return service was relatively satisfactory, but the pickup service left much to be desired. An elderly lady during the pickup process was quite impatient. She became visibly annoyed when asked about the discrepancy between the vehicle model and the name of the bank collecting the payment versus the rental company listed on the order. Additionally, the 1000 EUR deposit was not reflected in the contract, which led to further inquiries from the customer, to which she responded with irritation. She even mentioned canceling the rental without the customer's consent and sarcastically asked if this was the customer's first time renting a car. Since the pickup occurred late and the customer was already fatigued from a long journey, the poor rental experience affected the mood of the trip. Greater caution will be exercised when selecting a vehicle model and rental company in the future.

Despite the store being busy with many customers, the staff managed everything efficiently. I was lucky to get a free car upgrade. Overall, a very positive impression.

I was waiting in the que for over 2 hours. I have two young children and the wait for car hire is totally unacceptable. By the time I got to the desk I just wanted to get out so was signing up to all sorts just to get out of there. I have ended up paying over the odds for insurance and petrol costs. Overall absolutely shocking experience .
