Overall, it was good. I booked a Passat estate and got a Benz C180 estate. The car was in good condition. It runs on petrol, so it's more expensive than diesel, but there were no issues. Pretty good experience.

Europcar is okay, but the cars I get from them are often below my expectations. This time I received a Volkswagen T-Cross, which wasn't even listed, so I had to reluctantly choose a Volkswagen Golf. Could you tell me if the car class was downgraded? If so, can I request a refund?

We booked a Volvo, but there wasn't one available, so we got a Skoda Superb Estate instead. It was great - the car was new with only 16,000 kilometers. This car accompanied us all the way, and we really liked it. The condition and power were good, especially the navigation, which was very accurate. We were very satisfied with this rental.
