The staff were not particularly enthusiastic, but their attitude was not bad either—more like a civil servant's demeanor.

The car was in excellent condition, very new. Communication was smooth, and picking up and returning the car at the airport was very convenient.

Great service, no pressure to buy extra insurance. Much better than car rental companies in the U.S.

I didn't buy extra insurance because the counter staff had a cold attitude and didn't say much. They just handed me the keys without showing me to the car. Fortunately, the staff at the rental company next door were very helpful. I initially just asked about daytime running lights, but they enthusiastically showed me how to use all the lights and where to open the trunk and refuel. When returning the car, the counter staff still had the same cold attitude, but the person who inspected the car provided excellent service.

The store service for both renting and returning the car is very convenient. The vehicles are new and the service is excellent.
