Excellent

The service attitude was great. We scheduled to pick up the car at 12 PM but arrived early. The staff was very helpful in checking if there was a car available for early pickup.

Easy booking process. The address of where to pick up the car was not on the follow up emails, just said Leeds downtown. The lady who did the collection and drop off was fabulous. Friendly, positive and really helpful. Before my collection she dealt with an aggressive and awkward customer very professionally and gave a great impression of the company. She is a real asset.

Include the address of the depot

The car supposedly wasn’t ready when we arrived. He spent a long time trying to up sell us because we would have to wait another 45 minutes for them the fill the petrol tank? It was already 1hour after the booked time when we arrived. I said we’d wait rather than pay more. The car arrived 10 minutes later. It was a bit dirty.

Extremely bad counter staff who was more interested in selling us upgrades and more products .. and car given to us was not equivalent to the one booked

The car was scratched on every panel when we picked it up. With no one there to reassure us. The girl on the desk tried to mis sell insurance when I had already told her a number of times that I had bought the extra insurance with you.
