The rental company colluded with thieves and did not warn renters in advance, leading to tires being slashed and everything stolen within just 30 minutes by gangsters who slashed the tires twice! When we returned to the store for help, they only shirked responsibility and said the rental platform should be accountable. Absolutely disheartening. Trash Hertz knew their cars have rental company logos, attracting thieves, yet did nothing to prevent it. They pushed all the responsibility away when incidents occurred. Don't choose Hertz.

I was inexplicably overcharged and am currently coordinating through the rental company. Thieves are rampant in the Barcelona subway; I encountered two groups of thieves within five minutes, which was terrifying.
