The overall service was excellent.

Overall good, but I have a small complaint. When we arrived at the pickup point, they spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell us different upgraded models. I wouldn't mind this normally, but they ended up using nearly 30 minutes for the sales pitch and counted that as part of my rental time. This means the rental period started from the moment they greeted me, not when we finished the process, and 80% of that time was spent on upselling.

The drop-off location closed at 1 PM, but there was no reminder when we rented the car, and the system did not display this information. We had scheduled our return for 4 PM, but when we arrived within the designated time, there was no one to assist us. After calling for assistance, we deposited the keys into the self-service drop box. The rental company didn't process our return until two days later, charging us for an additional two days... The issue remains unresolved after communication.

The store at the airport is quite large with many staff. Although it's a bit far from Heathrow T4, there is a free shuttle service available.

Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.
