Picked up the car at Rome Central Station, the process was smooth. Got a FIAT 500L, with around 10,000 kilometers, almost like new. The car was in excellent condition. Returned it at Milan Airport; initially worried about finding the location, but just followed the signs and found it easily. The staff checked the car quickly and completed the process within a minute. First time renting a car abroad, and it was a good experience.

The staff was enthusiastic and patient. Our English was not very good, and they spoke in a very Italian way. But they were very patient and even wrote things down for us. The Milan airport return station is staffed 24 hours, unlike Hertz, which was closed when we went there early at 6 AM.

We received a smaller car Peugeot 208. We had problems with lights and we had to change one and no rembourse for it. They wanted us to buy a second inssurance for the car we already paid to Easyrentcars throw AXa insurrance- we didn't... Many scraches on the car. But the car was clean and the personal at the drop off was effective.

The car was very expensive - price/ quality . Costumer service is good.
