We were 1.5 hours late returning the car because a friend traveling with us hurt their foot. Europcar refused to waive the fee and charged us for an extra day. We left in a hurry and forgot a hat and water bottle in the car, but they claimed they couldn't find them. I suspect they were just thrown away during cleaning.

Got a Romeo, the car was in excellent condition and very new.

Just so-so. The English accent was very strong, even though my English isn't great either. The communication was impatient, with eye-rolling.

I'm very satisfied with this store. It's close to Milan Central Station and there's a gas station nearby. The staff are very efficient as well.

Picking up the car was a very unpleasant experience. After travelling for 15 hours and walking 15 minutes to the car rental facility with all of our luggage there was no order at the rental counter. There did not seem to be a line and everyone was crammed into the small space to rent cars. Took some time to find the kiosk to sign in to get a "number" but had to listen for our name to be called. Then it was high pressure to buy additional insurance which I did not want to buy. I had to argue with the woman at the counter to decline the insurance. It took more than an hour to get the car. Thankfully, drop off was quick and easy.
