There were issues with the rental service.

Finding the ENTERPRISE in Cologne was very difficult; it's inside a car market, not by the roadside. It was snowing on the day of pickup, but since there was no line, the process was very quick.

As I called the enterprise to ask about that, who answered me was not friendly at all. And I did not get a ford, I got another type of care.
