Returned the car on June 17th and was told there was a chip smaller than 1cm on the windshield. We picked up the car at midnight the previous day and couldn't see any damage. Only used the car for one day. They immediately charged us £500 for the damage and said the balance would be refunded after assessment. It's August now, and we still have no resolution.

Rented an Opel, a diesel car with good power, clean, and comes with a navigation system. The driver met the requirements. Pickup was quick, and the return inspection was thorough, especially checking for tire damage.

When picking up the car, the rental company said they hadn't received the prepayment from the Zuzuche website and asked us to pay in full. The total amount was higher than what was confirmed on the website, even though the car model was the same. I called the website's international customer service number, but despite their attempts to communicate with the rental company, the issue wasn't resolved. I'm not sure if the problem was with the rental company or the website, but ultimately we, the consumers, had to bear the loss of time and money. My first experience with Zuzuche was very disappointing. Additionally, the car wasn't provided with a full tank of gas, and when we returned it with less fuel, we were charged for the difference at a price 50% higher than at gas stations, plus an additional 20% tax. The rental company did not explain these charges when we picked up the car.

Good Service helpful staff. Pickup was quick and easy less than 10 mins. Car clean and in good condition.
