Nice experience

The pick-up and drop-off process is very convenient.

When we drove to Palm Springs, we discovered a slow tire leak. We went to the office to exchange cars, and they didn't charge any fees at all. We just got another car.

Excellent service. After collecting my car there was an issue with the cat, they change the car and upgraded me for my trouble. The gentlemen at the desk were super friendly, the staff at the drop Off were happy, accommodating. After such and excellent experience I will be booking with Hertz again.

Fantastic easy to use app. Got me a great deal also. Will recommend and use again.

Like: Picking up the car is very easy as a shuttle takes you right to the car rental area and once there, you are are your way within minutes. When dropping off the vehicle, Hertz staff were very friendly, addressed me by-name and helped me get to the return shuttle.
Dislike: What wasn't so pleasant was when I went to get the car I reserved, it wasn't available. I did get a comparable-sized vehicle, but I'd chosen one specifically for cargo space and vehicle familiarity and I wanted to feel comfortable in a car I'd driven before. Getting the car to Logan's drop-off point was straight-forward, after all the nail-biting I did to find my way through Boston!
