The pick-up process was quite fast, but the car provided wasn't a Mercedes Vito—it was a Fiat, which was bigger. When returning the car, they claimed it was dirty and wanted to charge over 4000 lira for cleaning. Luckily, we had spare time and cleaned it ourselves in 5 minutes, saving over 800 RMB.

Pretty good, explained very clearly. Insurance needs to be purchased separately at the rental office. The insurance bought on QEEQ is domestic and not recognized abroad. If an accident happens, you'd have to deal with it yourself. With the office insurance, the rental company handles everything. It’s recommended to buy insurance at the rental office.
