On pick up location, Noleggaire staff appeared helpful until they started up selling and denied our booking was of 4 door car and instead offered a very small / tiny car with door under our booking. They were identifying cars with categories A, B, C, etc. Whilst booking was done on small, medium, large, etc. Car basis.

Very smooth process, pleasant staff. We didn't take any extra insurances. We took photos and paid attention to the condition of the vehicle when we received it. We drove carefully and had no problems on return. Thank you

Great price so picking up a tatty car was expected. Received the usual targetted sales patter for not only CDW protection but also breakdown! That's a first. Naturally I declined it all. Snow socks not chains but they sufficed. Overall great for the price. Good communication all round
