The car rental process is straightforward and very convenient.

I waited for half an hour in the parking lot to get the car. The service attitude was good, and they promised to refund 30 euros as compensation. It's been three days since I returned the car, and I haven't received the refund yet. The gas tank was not full when I picked up the car, and the staff promised to reimburse me for the difference when I returned it. They only asked if there were any issues, and that was the end of it. To avoid future disputes, I took photos and videos of the entire car during pick-up and return. However, the parking lot was too dark, so the recording was just for peace of mind.

The service was pretty good, and the process was quick because I had rented before. The car was new, within 3 months and 7000 kilometers. However, once again, I was given a different car. I booked a DS3 but got a Polo.

I could not be more pleased with this office they went above and beyond and were so welcoming and wonderful to us. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone interested in getting a car rental Paris.
