Avis's company. They messed up with insurance and scared me off. The rental was 800 yuan, but the insurance they sold was 260 euros. The front desk service was extremely impatient and discriminated against Chinese people. I returned the car 10 days ago and still haven't received the deposit back, whereas Hertz returned it on the third day after I returned the car.

They were very picky about the translated documents provided by the rental service, insisting on purchasing their insurance; otherwise, no car pickup.

We booked an automatic specifically but when we arrived late on Sunday night with 2 children we were told there were none available. Then they tried to get us to take a car with a totally damaged wing mirror and a light out,

This was straightforward but I would recommend paying upfront.

Did not get car that I reserved. I was given choice of 3 none of which was as spacious as Peugeot. Car was in shocking condition with 10 separate areas of damage so much so that the gentleman at the drop off site said that we did not need to check for damage as there was so much already. Girl at desk said that we did not need to bring car back with a full tank as it was cheaper if they refuelled it. Absolute lie.

Both pick-up and drop-off very quick, car was clean and ready to go, staff was polite and helpful. Good service for good value.
