There were few people in line at the pickup point, allowing us to get the car within 5 minutes.

The car rental office is outside Catania airport, together with ABIS, but not far. As I arrived at 11:45 PM, I was worried they might be closed, but an attendant was still there and wasn’t impatient at all. Although the vehicle was not what I had initially expected, it was late, and I couldn't argue about it, as it was QEEQ's fault. Overall, I am satisfied.

The price is fair and reasonable. This time renting from Budget in Milan went relatively smoothly. The rental fee was calculated with an additional deposit for a full tank of fuel. Previously, I had a different company in Milan that did not honor the booking price. The rent for 4 days was only 160 euros but they asked for a 1000 euros deposit. I refused, so the reservation had to be canceled.
