Good value car rental

When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel. In Queenstown, there was only one staff member, and it took about an hour to get picked up and go to the company to get the car. When picking up the car, it didn’t have enough fuel.

The staff’s authentic Beijing accent felt very familiar and friendly in a foreign country. They had a great attitude, provided proactive pickup and drop-off services, and the rental process was smooth and efficient. They even provided extras like a charger and phone holder which were not included in the rental information. The car was in great condition. When a problem arose with the vehicle, the customer service lady was very kind and capable, and she looked very professional in person.

Good car conditions. A little bit far from the airport, but they offer free pick-up and deliver, so that's not an issue.
