A local friend mentioned this company is quite large in Australia. The car rental spot is right by the baggage claim carousel, making it very convenient to pick up the car after getting your luggage. The pickup location is in the airport parking lot, about 200 meters walking distance.

There is no Chinese service. Possibly due to the high demand for rentals during the New Year, the attitude of a few foreigners was terrible; they showed no expression and were very impatient when explaining issues. The car model I booked was unavailable, and I was given a very small car with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.
