The most terrible company you can ever hire from! Avoid at all cost. They lure you in with their cheap price but then they had you pay! After 2 months from hiring this car they took £1042 from my bank account. When I called they said that it is because I broke the clutch!!! It is worth mentioning that they drove the car after I returned and before the mechanic repaired it for 92 miles! And they wanted me to pay for the broken clutch

Collection desk was managed by a pair of highway robbers, a mask would have been appropriate. Never visit them ever again.

The car was an Audi A4 which is not what I rented and is not equivalent to a Mercedes e class

The staff on counter and the driver of the shuttle bus were friendly on pick up but taciturn to the point of rudeness on the return.

Car is not in a convenient location. Car was dirty. Car had lots of damage. Was charged for a scuffed alloy which I didn’t do - they are scam artists with the damage reports. Charged ludicrous fee of £200 for one inch scratch. Avoid.
