The car pickup point is right outside the train station with clear signs, making it very convenient. After registering, you walk 200 meters to the garage, get the car and leave by swiping a card. The return is at the same location; instead of using a card, you enter a code provided earlier and the car is inspected on the spot. What I was unhappy about was the car model change. Despite speaking both French and English, what could I do if they didn't have the car I booked? They gave me a brand new Mercedes for extra money, which nullified the advantages of booking through QEEQ. I might as well have booked directly on a foreign website. I can't say if it was intentional or not.

Although the queue was quite long, the pickup process was smooth and the car was fairly new. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

I came 3.5 hours earlier than planned. They offered a car at an extra of 70€ a day or wait until my time. I waited the 3.5 hours. They gave me the car that they were going to charge me 70€. This is not a great service from Europecar. Also the full insurance was very expensive. 35€ per day. This should not be the case.

You have a great service. Your personal called me to assist. Nothing could be done as it was up to Europecar but I appreciated that you were available. I would book with Qeeq again.

One email to the head office resulted in a chain of helpful emails and a member of the team to meet us with a choice of booster seats. The staff were friendly and helpful, the car was great and the handovers swift and painless.
