Overall very satisfied! At the store, we upgraded to a larger car upon our request. We also purchased full insurance, so they didn't inspect for minor damages when returning the car. The vehicle was a bit old, having been driven 70,000 kilometers, but the deposit refund was super fast—we received the cancellation notification the next morning! This rental company offers great value for money!

Everything was great except for some difficulties in communication.

Enterprise is a well-known car rental company. I've used them several times when traveling abroad, and they are quite reliable. The actual car we received was quite large, with no problem fitting all our luggage. However, their 24-hour emergency contact number often doesn't go through, which is a poor experience.

Excellent service, they provided a better model than booked and helped with luggage and umbrellas in the rain.

The car was not what I reserved but it was fine and provided enough space. Charged an extra €250 for insurance.
