Overall satisfied. There were scratches on the car when picking it up, and I reported it on-site. However, upon return, vehicle inspection was ten times stricter than during pickup, and they didn't acknowledge the prior report from pickup. Luckily, I had taken photos before leaving the garage and uploaded them to the app. In the end, the person inspecting the car couldn't make a decision, so he called a supervisor, and I had to write the situation down on paper before completing the return process.

Good service attitude

Picking up the car required waiting in line for a while as there was only one staff member. The staff recommended additional insurance, but since it only covered a limited area, I didn't accept it and just paid for a full tank of fuel. I was told I got a free upgrade to a Dodge Challenger (the staff said Charger in English), otherwise, it would have cost an additional 15 dollars per day. I was excited about the upgrade! Because this car isn't available in my home country, I wasn't too familiar with it. It turned out to be a great car, perhaps even a luxury car! I drove it smoothly for 12 days, covering over 3000 kilometers across the US and Canada. Returning the car was also smooth, with the bearded attendant giving me the all-clear in less than a minute.

Only fault was the car was not ready for pick up and we had to wait for it.
