During the rental period, when the car key was accidentally locked in the trunk, Steven took the initiative to call Nissan's service hotline and coordinate with Rusty Towing to resolve the issue promptly. Truly commendable service.

Rented the car at Vancouver Airport and returned it at Calgary Airport. The pick-up and drop-off locations were easy to find, as all the rental companies operate in the same hall. Originally booked a Toyota Corolla but upgraded to a Malibu for an additional CAD 20/day, which wasn’t expensive. The American version of the Malibu has strong power, reaching 120 km/h with only slight acceleration.

The pick-up and return staff were enthusiastic, professional, and efficient. They provided me with a new car, which exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied.
